This service is available by appointment only to existing Verve members whose accounts have been open for a minimum of 30 days and are in good standing.
The documents required are as follows:
- Form(s) requiring the Signature Guarantee Stamp
- Proof of Authorization to Transact (if needed)
- Proof of the value of the transaction
- Quarterly Statement
- Letterhead document with all pertinent information
