If you receive a fraud alert, follow the prompts or call 855.961.1602 to confirm you made the transaction or to report it as fraudulent. If you have any doubt the alert is legitimate, please contact us at 800.448.9228. For your security, you have seven days from the date of the alert to respond. If you do not respond within seven days, your card will need to be replaced even if the charge was legitimate.
Please note that it is possible that a fraudulent transaction may not prompt a fraud alert. To best protect your finances, we encourage you to review your transactions regularly and set up online banking alerts.
