How do I start a Video Lender Meeting with a Verve team member?

Talk to our lenders face to face from wherever you are by using Video Lending.

You can start a secure video meeting within online banking by selecting Help + Settings then Video Lender Meeting. If you are on a mobile device or tablet, please select More first.

You can also use this feature by going to and clicking on the “Start a Video Lender Meeting” button.

  • When you request to meet with a Video Lender please select “How may we help you” and then click Place Call. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name, phone number, email address and accept the terms of the agreement to continue. You will then be added to a team member’s video meeting queue.
  • We will connect you with a team member as soon as one is available, they will appear on your computer or mobile device ready to assist you with your loan from wherever you are.
  • Once you are finished, you can simply end the meeting and you will be disconnected from the Verve team member and can close the app/browser window you had open for the meeting.

Please note: In order to ensure our team members can hear and see you, you will need to accept or approve the request that pops on screen that says, “Verve, a Credit Union, is requesting access to your camera and microphone.”
