My debit card is expiring soon—how do I get a new card?

Before your personal or business card is set to expire, we’ll send you a new one to your address on file. Your card will expire on the last day of the month. Please follow the instructions included with the new card to activate it and then destroy your old card. If you have not received a replacement card by the last week of the expiring month listed on your card, please call us at 800.448.9228.
