I want to receive paperless statements

Opting into Electronic Statements-Desktop

You can subscribe to electronic statements by following these steps:

1. Hover over the Accounts Tab
2. Select Statements & Notices
3. Select the Subscribe option for electronic statements

(If it is showing as subscribed, but you are still receiving statements on 1 or more accounts, please unsubscribe and follow the above instructions.)

Once you have done this the account will be opted into electronic statements and you will no longer incur the fee each month.

Opting into Electronic Statements – Mobile App

You can subscribe to electronic statements by following these steps;

1. Select More at the bottom right
2. Select Accounts and then Statements + Notices
3. Select Settings at the top right
4. Then select Subscribe 2 times

(If it is showing as subscribed, but you are still receiving statements on 1 or more accounts, please unsubscribe (select 2 times) and follow the above instructions.)

Once you have done this the account will be opted into electronic statements and you will no longer incur the fee each month.
