If a transaction you don’t recognize has been posted to your account, please call 866.279.1399 M-F 8 am-8 pm or leave a voicemail after hours to start the investigation process on fraudulent charges. The transaction has to be posted for 2 business days before it can be disputed.
If a transaction has not yet been posted to your account but is showing as pending, please allow two business for processing and then call 866.279.1399 to start the investigation process on fraudulent charges.
You can also freeze your card using online banking. Select Accounts, followed by Card Management to see options on how to manage your card anytime. Subscription services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) may still process even if the card is blocked in online banking.
