To access Bank by Phone, call 800.448.9228 or the direct line at 920.252.8212.
If this is your first time using Bank by Phone enter your full savings account number. You will also be asked to enter a pin, which will be set to the last four digits of your Social Security Number (TIN), the system will then ask you to reset your pin for future access. Your new PIN must be different than the last four digits of your SSN.

Bank by Phone requires you to enter the full 14 digits of your checking account number or the full savings account number to check balances and other information. You will be prompted to verify which account type (checking or savings) you are accessing.
