We received reports that fraudsters are sending text messages to our members. The messages appear to be from Verve, and falsely alert members of suspicious debit card activities, asking members to respond “YES” or “NO” to confirm a transaction.
After responding to the text, members may receive another message stating that a representative from Verve's Fraud Department will be in contact, however, this follow-up is not coming from Verve.
