Medical Benefits
Whether you are going in for routine care or to get something checked out that doesn’t seem quite right, the last thing we want you worrying about is how much it’ll cost you. Most of the premiums are paid by Verve, meaning team members only pay a small percentage of the premium with most In-Network services, including prescription drugs, paid up to 100%, with no deductible, and a small copay. Dental benefits and routine vision care are also covered.

Part of the equation of a healthy workplace includes having a generous time-off policy for team members to recharge and truly be able to bring their best selves to work. All team members get 11.5 federal holidays off, in addition to personal paid time off.
