Barb Eastman Named AVP of Loan Operations

OSHKOSH, Wisconsin (August 14, 2026) — Verve, a Credit Union, has named Barb Eastman Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations. In her new role, Eastman will oversee consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan processing and servicing. She will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the lending lifecycle, supporting organizational growth goals, and delivering an exceptional experience for both members and team members. She will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Eastman has more than 30 years of financial services experience. Most recently, she served as AVP/Regional Branch Operations Manager at Community First Credit Union, where she provided strategic leadership for multiple branch locations, partnered with senior leaders to improve operational efficiencies, and helped drive exceptional member experiences across the organization.

Eastman completed advanced leadership training through California State University San Marcos. Since then, she has earned certified financial counselor accreditation and completed extensive training in sales, leadership, and coaching.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Eastman is committed to supporting the communities she serves and has been actively involved in community outreach and charitable initiatives throughout her career.
