OSHKOSH, Wis. (September 20, 2022) – Verve, a Credit Union, has earned a spot on the 2022 Best Credit Unions to Work For list, awarded by the American Banker and Best Companies Group. For six years running, Verve has been recognized for the strength of its organizational practices and culture.
To be considered for inclusion on this list, Verve completed a two-part submission process. Part one, worth 25% of the total evaluation, scored Verve on its workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Part two, worth 75% of the total evaluation, measured the employee experience through a randomly selected and anonymously submitted employee survey. Combined, these scores earned Verve a place on this distinguished list.
