OSHKOSH, Wisconsin (May 11, 2022) – Verve, a Credit Union, has appointed Karrie Drobnick to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective April 19, 2022. She is responsible for maintaining a strategic approach to day-to-day operations and overall member experience, including Verve’s branch network, sales and service and marketing.

“Karrie has masterfully navigated her roles at Verve over the past 8 years, most recently as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer,” said Kevin J. Ralofsky, president and CEO at Verve. “She possesses the strategic sophistication and leadership style needed for our growing organization and I am excited to have her steady and innovative voice at the strategy table as COO.”

Joining the credit union in 2014 as VP of Marketing, Drobnick led the formation of the Verve name and brand and became a key driver in Verve’s growth strategy, including the integration of mergers and acquisitions that led to the rapid growth.

Through her strategic vision, Verve added the project management office, internal communications discipline and community outreach approach in service of the team and membership. In 2017, she was promoted to Chief Marketing + Strategy Officer where she architected the plan to align Verve with key partners leading to a successful technology uplift in 2021.
