The nationwide list is determined by a lengthy questionnaire on benefits and policies submitted by the credit union and an in-depth survey completed by employees. Our team members from across 15 locations answered a wide-variety of questions on what they love about working at Verve, covering unique team member benefits, special recognition programs, promoting fun in the workplace and more. Their responses helped Verve rank as a top employer in the nation—two years in a row!
