If you’re not receiving your statements electronically, you’re missing out on a key feature of your Verve membership.

Here are four incentives to consider:

  1. You’ll save money. Did you know you are charged a $2.00 fee for each monthly paper statement you receive? By opting to receive electronic statements instead, you’ll save yourself (and Verve) the shared expense of printing and shipping paper statements. Plus, if you’re the environmentally conscious type, going paperless is better for the earth and our collective futures. Think of the children. The children!
  2. You’ll save time. By enrolling in electronic statements, you’ll be able to access your statements up to five days earlier than you would if you opt for your statements to arrive by mail. If time is money, then saving time is a smart money move.
  3. You’ll simplify your life. Electronic statements are a convenient way to manage your money because you can easily access and review your payment and deposit history. Plus, you can finally wave goodbye to the hassle that of filing (and shredding) paper statements. That’s one less thing to worry about.
  4. You’ll protect your information. Not that it happens often, but paper statements can be intercepted or lost during the mailing process, which could expose your personal information and make you susceptible to identify theft. Electronic statements eliminate that risk.

Convinced? Let’s get you signed up!

Please Note

From time to time, members enroll in electronic statements and then continue to receive paper statements on one or more of their accounts. It’s a frustrating glitch in the system because if you log into your account through online banking or the mobile app, it looks like you’re successfully subscribed.

If you experience this issue, you’ll need to unsubscribe and then resubscribe using the process explained in this blog. If the issue persists beyond that, please reach out to our Service Team at 800.448.9228 and select option 1.
