We have taken multiple measures to help keep our communities healthy, we want you to know that we are still here to assist with all of your banking needs. We recognize these are unprecedented times, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we move as quickly as possible to serve you with the right balance between the highest member service and the protection of public health. As always, we offer a variety of convenient tools including free ATMs to access your money; online banking and our mobile app for transfers, loan applications, loan payments and bill paying needs.

MOST OF OUR LOBBIES ARE NOW OPEN

With the same energy and enthusiasm you’ve come to know from Verve with the addition of more safety measures in place, we’re ready to serve you at our branches.

Lobby capacity is limited.

To ensure the health of our members and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, a limited number of members will be allowed in the branch at one time.

Keep six feet of space.

If the person in front of you is on the last floor marker by the door, please wait outside for your turn.

Wear a mask.*

Our team will be wearing masks and we ask that you do the same.

*All members visiting a branch must wear a mask unless a health condition prevents mask-wearing. In line with CDC recommendations, children younger than 2 years old should not wear a face covering, nor should anyone who has trouble breathing or is unable to remove the cloth face covering without assistance.

Appointments are recommended.

For a no-wait experience, schedule an appointment before you go.

Low- or no-contact options are still available.

As a reminder, online banking, mobile app, phone and drive-up are still your best options for routine transactions.

Here’s what you can expect if you use our lobby service:

  • We are also sanitizing often and have added clear, protective shields at our service stations.
  • Floor markers are located throughout the lobby to help maintain six feet of physical distance throughout your visit.
  • Hand sanitizer stations have been placed at high-contact areas.
  • We will not be offering coffee, tea or bottled water at this time.
  • Team members are wiping down bathrooms at least once an hour.

Why did you temporarily close lobby service?

The spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) is increased through person-to-person contact. For the health of our team, members and the community, closing the lobbies will help limit the number of in-person interactions.

When will lobby service be available again?

For now, lobby service will be closed through March 31. We will reevaluate and post updates as the situation changes.
