Lobby Service Available by Appointment Only
As of September 28, our lobbies will be open by appointment only; drive-up times will not change.
With an increased level of quarantining in the areas we serve, by appointment only allows us to align our resources so we can continue to deliver the level of service you’ve come to expect through low contact options.
As always, we offer a variety of convenient tools, including free ATMs to access your money; online banking and our mobile app for transfers, loan applications, loan payments and bill paying needs.

Appointment-Only Lobby Service
Out of an abundance of caution and as we manage our resources, lobby service for our Wisconsin locations is available by appointment only. We will continue to monitor the situation and will reopen lobbies as soon as possible.
We have no reason to believe any team members or members were exposed to COVID‐19 while at Verve. All safety precautions were followed, and we are grateful for our team’s diligence in preventing the spread of illness while at work. Verve also implemented numerous measures early on to keep our team and members safe and well. We continue to limit face‐to‐face interactions, our branches are cleaned nightly, surfaces are regularly sanitized and our team is educated on best practices recommended by the CDC such as frequent hand washing, using their elbow to cover a cough or sneeze, and staying home when sick. We will continue to take these measures to keep our team, members and communities safe and well.
We will follow guidelines from official health authorities and the CDC to properly notify members should we receive confirmation of a positive case.
