OSHKOSH, Wisconsin (April 13, 2021) – Verve, a Credit Union, was recently recognized as one of North America’s best credit unions in providing an outstanding member loan experience by MemberXP, a member experience survey administrator.
The coveted Best of the Best award is given each year to credit unions that have consistently provided exceptional member service, as reported by their own members. Only the highest-performing credit unions using the MemberXP platform are given this honor.
“It’s always an honor to receive recognition, but it means a little more when that recognition is based on feedback from our members,” said Kevin J. Ralofsky, president and CEO of Verve. “Our goal every day is to make sure our members have the support they need, and we are delighted to know that we’ve accomplished that goal with our member loan experience.”
The Best of the Best award is independently granted by MemberXP based on specific and rigorous criteria. Taking into consideration the extreme challenges of delivering extraordinary member service during a nation-wide pandemic and economic crisis, this year’s award winners reflect some of the most agile and responsive credit unions.
“Our team worked very hard to ensure the level of support we offer our members didn’t waiver during the many challenges brought throughout 2020,” said Renee Maeder, VP of retail sales. “It’s so rewarding to know that our members continue to be satisfied with the support they receive from our team members during their loan experience.”
MemberXP is a platform that allows credit union members to provide immediate feedback on the service they receive. Serving credit unions in the United States and Canada, MemberXP uses mystery shoppers and member surveys to gauge the overall member experience across multiple delivery channels.
