Eligibility
Thrive to Win (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who reside within Verve, a Credit Union’s membership area (Calumet, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Portage, Sheboygan, Washington, Waushara, Waupaca, Winnebago, Buffalo, Trempealeau, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe and Vernon Counties in Wisconsin; Winona and Houston Counties in Minnesota; and DuPage County and all portions of Cook County north of Highway 20/95th Street in Illinois). Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) of Verve, a Credit Union (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor Information
The Contest is sponsored by Verve, a Credit Union (the “Sponsor”). The sponsor may be contacted at P.O. Box 3046. Oshkosh, WI 54903-3046.

Contest Period
The contest will run from February 10, 2025, through March 31, 2025. All entries must be received by the end of the contest period to be eligible.

How to Enter:
On-Site: Eligible participants may enter on-site at any of Verve, a Credit Union’s branches. Participants who enter on-site will meet with a financial architect, who will provide a QR code to the contest entry form. Via Mail: To enter via mail, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number (including area code), date of birth and email address on a 3×5 card, and mail, with proper postage affixed, to: Thrive to Win Contest, Attn: Marketing Dept., P.O. Box 3046, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, 54903-3046. All mail-in entries must be received by March 31, 2025, for consideration.Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Regions and Prize Drawing:
The Contest will be offered in three geographic regions within the Sponsor’s membership area.

· Chicago Region – DuPage County and all portions of Cook County north of Highway 20/95th Street (One Winner).

· Western Wisconsin Region – Buffalo, Trempealeau, Jackson, LaCrosse, Monroe and Vernon Counties in Wisconsin, and Wiona and Houston Counties in Minnesota (One Winner).

· Eastern Wisconsin Region – Brown, Calumet, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Portage, Sheboygan, Washington, Waushara, Waupaca, and Winnebago Counties in Wisconsin (Two Winners).

One winner will be selected per region for the Chicago and Western Wisconsin Regions. Two winners will be selected from the Eastern Wisconsin Region.

Prizes
Four (4) total prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive a Hiking Gear Prize Package (the Prize) valued at approximately $300, which includes:
· 1 Yeti Cooler
· 1 Stanley Water Bottle
· 1 Backpack
· 1 Compass
· 1 Tactical Flashlight Set

Drawing and Notification of Winners
Winners will be randomly selected in a drawing to be held on or around April 7, 2025. Winners will be notified via the phone and/or email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining, non-winning, eligible entries.

Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize and will be responsible for retrieving their prize from the Verve, a Credit Union branch nearest the winner’s address, as provided at the time of entry. Prizes not retrieved by the winner within 10 business days of notification will be considered forfeited.

General Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, participants grant Verve permission to use their name, likeness, and/or voice in any promotional material for the contest without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions related to the entry process, including issues with QR code scanning or website access.

Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and in accordance with Verve’s privacy policy.

Additional Terms
The Contest is void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Verve, a Credit Union, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the contest or the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any prize. Verve, a Credit Union, is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest. Verve, a Credit Union, assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to the contest. In no event shall Verve, a Credit Union, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the contest or the use or misuse of any prize, whether or not Verve, a Credit Union, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disputes 
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Wisconsin. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin.

Winners List
To request a list of winner names, send a self-address, stamped envelope to Thrive to Win Contest – Winners Request, Attn: Marketing Dept., P.O. Box 3046, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, 54903-3046. Winner list requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and will be fulfilled after winner notification has been completed.
