My first visit at Verve I was very impressed. As I walked inside, I noticed that the lobby was set up well for their members. I walked to the front, there were three smiling faces, which I enjoy seeing anywhere. I had an awesome young man who assisted me with a virtual agent. The process was very smooth, and this was my first experience with something like that. I also encountered a smile, and very nice young woman who made everything a breeze. As I began to open my checking, and savings accounts, we noticed I had a different address on my DL.since I had moved recently. We were able to do most of what needed to be done. I went to get my credentials quickly, came back and made a payment toward my accounts, and it was like smooth sailing. The manager Teresa answered all of my questions about home, vehicle loans, money market accounts, CDs, etc. I received my member ID card, with a password that I picked, my debit card with my name already imprinted. This all impressed me, they made me feel very comfortable throughout this entire process, answering all my questions, and concerns effortlessly, explained the documents that I was about to sign effectively. I started at the credit union decades ago when it was another company. I went to a bank. Unhappy with the service, recently I went in, and closed my account with them.I’m looking forward to a long, professional, and, exciting professional business relationship with the Verve team.The fact that they have many different branches is an indication of how important they are in the community. I moved to this area in 2008 . My boyfriend’s parents recommended lake view credit union . End of story . I’ve been a member ever since . Verve has been very accommodating to me as a member . Gave me credit after I filed for bankruptcy . That act spoke volumes to me . It gave me the start to improve my credit score again . The representative that I worked with most recently , Trina P. , was the most thorough and knowledgeable person when helping me navigate a refinance loan . So easy and seamless . All they email and texts . It was great . I made one phone call to her ! I will never use another credit union ( my preferred mode of “banking”) . Though they change employees like every other business does , their values are always consistent and true . Thank you Verve !

I needed a personal loan. I was able to be approved and had the money within a couple hours. I saw a rep using their virtual assistant and it was a great experience.

I can't say anything bad happened they were really nice and respectful, it did take sometime but the lady that helped was an angel she was so kind and nice.

Had an incident where I tried to resolve an issue with a clerical error. Felt like i was getting ran in circles and even led to the point of getting hung up on by an employee named Hannah. Eventually got to talk to somebody named Kaelie and she was super understanding and very proactive on resolving my issue without trying to transfer me constantly. Shes invited to the cookout.

I went to Verve because it was recommended to me. By a neighbor.I entered the credit Union at Sherwood Wisconsin and was immediately greeted by smiling people.Courtney Gast was unbelievable. She was so patient with me. I opened a savings and checking and she told me about the 7 month CDsSo I invested in 3 CDs as well.She emailed my retirement trust funds and printed out a form for me to fill out and then she faxed it to Wisconsin Department of employee trust funds!I Love her!!Looking forward to seeing her when I go back in.
