Each module delivers essential information in just three to six minutes—perfect for those with busy schedules. For individuals who are unsure where to begin, a brief quiz helps create a personalized learning playlist based on their unique goals and circumstances. To ensure inclusivity, all courses are offered in both English and Spanish.
