The cost of postage has risen rapidly, along with several other everyday expenses. (Did you know, for example, that stamps are going up to 78 cents on July 13? That’s $9.36 to mail your monthly payments over a year.) If you are still using paper checks or Bill Pay services to make your Verve loan payments, we have plenty of tools to help make that process cheaper—even free!—and more efficient for you.
Online Transfers
Whether it’s from your mobile app or desktop, you can use online banking to make credit card or loan payments.
Go to the “Transfer + Pay” tab, then choose “Transfers.” Click on Transfers, then select the appropriate account and destination of the funds. You can make this a one-time transfer on demand, or a recurring one – weekly, biweekly, monthly, whatever works for you and your needs. Set it and forget it—and never worry about your credit card or auto loan payment being on time again.
Bank by Phone
To access Bank by Phone, call 800.448.9228, option 4. Or dial directly 920.252.8212.
If this is your first time using Bank by Phone, enter your full savings account number when prompted. You will also be asked to enter a pin, which will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number (TIN). The system will then ask you to create your own PIN for future access. Your new PIN must be different from the last four digits of your SSN.
If you need your PIN reset for Bank by Phone, contact us at 800.448.9228, option 1.
Bank by Phone requires you to enter the full 14 digits of your checking account number or the full savings account number to securely check balances and transaction information. You will be prompted to verify which account type (checking or savings) you are accessing.
Once you are properly identified, you can make a transfer or loan payment through the automated menu.
In Person
If using your paper checks is still the best option for you, you can drop your payment in an envelope directly into any branch’s night deposit slot—but please note that if the check is dropped after 9:00 AM, it will not be processed until the next day.
If you would prefer in-person assistance, our team members are happy to help you make your payment in the lobby or by using the drive-up ITM. These transactions are processed during your visit, so no worrying about your payment pending for another day or relying on the postal service to deliver it on time.
