Verve, a Credit Union, has announced the hire of Rob Carviou as Vice President of Marketing. Carviou comes to Verve from Packer Fastener in Green Bay, where he most recently served as Director of Marketing.

As VP of Marketing, Carviou will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new member, deposit, and loan acquisition efforts while deepening existing member relationships and retention. Additionally, he will manage the daily operations of the marketing department, including creative services, public relations, community outreach, marketing intelligence, and brand creative.

“Rob is an accomplished marketing executive and a transformational leader,” said Chief Growth Officer Mitch Kime. “His experience and vision will empower our team and drive impactful strategy as we seek to best serve the needs of our members.”

Carviou has over twenty years of leadership experience in marketing, branding, and communications, including more than sixteen years at Prevea Health & Hospital Sisters Health System in Wisconsin. Carviou earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics and his master’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere.
