Verve loves popping up in our communities to share the love with sweet surprises—like much needed supplies and free food—that we like to call Random Acts of Verve.
Spreading the love after unpredictable Wisconsin weather.
In late August we went from weeks of little to no rain to torrential downpours that left communities throughout Wisconsin flooded and in need of supplies. Team members from our South Avenue branch in La Crosse stepped in to help by purchasing and distributing necessities like food, cleaning supplies and more throughout the community.
Providing a mid-week food truck pick-me-up.
On Wednesday, September 5, team members from our Main Street branch in La Crosse paid for people’s meals and drinks at the Apothik Food Truck. The best part? Many people paid it forward right away and continued to spread the verve.
Because community is one of our seven guiding Cooperative Principles, Verve loves paying it forward to lift spirits and help grow kindness in the community—one smile, cleaning supply and lunch order at a time.
