Here’s how to change your address, phone and email in online banking:
- Log into online banking by going to verveacu.com and clicking “Login” in the top-right corner; enter your username and password, and answer your security question
- Once logged in, hover over Info Center and select Personal Information
- Click the Edit My Information button
- After you’ve entered your new contact information, click Update My Information
After changing your information, you’ll receive an email confirming it was you. If you don’t have a valid email on file with us, we’ll mail a notice to your home address notifying you of the change, but we also ask that you please provide us with an up-to-date email address.
If you receive a confirmation notice but didn’t make a change, call us as soon as possible so we can confirm that the change was made by an authorized person.
