I can’t recommend this credit union enough, especially for anyone looking for a team that truly supports your long-term growth. Brandon was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable; he creates a safe environment where you feel comfortable asking the tough questions. Matthew, the branch manager, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled with care. The energy from the entire team is fantastic, making it clear they are invested in the success of the individuals they serve.

5 star customer service. So nice they are willing to help meet customers and their needs. Probably the BEST banking experience I've encountered.

Small neighborhood credit Union been a customer here through a few name changes, it's nice that when I come in to do my banking I am known by my first name and greeted, very refreshing from some bigger banks I have been to in the past. It's nice to be treated as a customer & person more than a number

Verve has been absolutely amazing. The Bell Street location is hands-down one of my favorites everyone there is super helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere alone is top-notch. I especially want to shout out a young man named Devin H. He is always informative, patient, and takes the time to answer all of my questions while guiding me toward opportunities that truly match what I need, not just what’s available. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Clearly, Verve’s training is immaculate because it shows. Give them a pay raise, they’ve earned it! 10/10 😊 Thank you, Verve!

Jennifer provides excellent customer service, is great at problem solving issues, is knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys her role at Verve. I always reach out to her when I have a banking question, or if I need assistance. She quickly responds either through email messages or telephone calls. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and her congenial personality.
