I have been with Verve forever and love it here!BUT, last week I was waiting in line to see a teller, I overheard a customer with a customer service member that was having a hard time understanding what he was being told.He was at the desk with the agent for about 15 minutes.I hope that the concerns he had were resolved.After he left, the customer service rep started talking about that customer to another employee. They were kind of laughing and making fun of him.It was very disheartening and disappointing.I would have been extremely upset if this was my father or grandfather and I overheard it.While he may not have understood what she was trying to tell him and maybe she got anxious, it was wrong (VERY) wrong to talk about that customer in earshot of other customers.I left feeling very badly about the experience.While I agree that 99.9% of the time, I am so proud to be a member, the dress code of the employees has gone way down hill. Must just be showing my age...
