Verve has been absolutely amazing. The Bell Street location is hands-down one of my favorites everyone there is super helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere alone is top-notch. I especially want to shout out a young man named Devin H. He is always informative, patient, and takes the time to answer all of my questions while guiding me toward opportunities that truly match what I need, not just what’s available. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Clearly, Verve’s training is immaculate because it shows. Give them a pay raise, they’ve earned it!10/10 😊 Thank you, Verve!

Fantastic bank. Best in Oshkosh WI. I'm not leaving unless they close the doors.Great app as well. Most banks apps are terrible but this one is perfectGreat guys here who helped me through a scary situation when I was woken up with a text message saying my account was hacked. They took very good care of me and I can't thank all of them enough. Love this credit union!

I have noticed in recent months that every time I go to the ATM to talk with someone, I am waiting almost 3-5 minutes just to even get someone and they always apologize very kindly and say they’re backed up yet still give amazing service. The times are inconvenient, but the staff are awesome

Applied for a car loan here after being denied at our long time credit union. We had zero issues getting approved, Jason was amazing to work with. He even stayed late when the dealership took a little longer than expected to send over a purchase agreement. We got to the bank a couple minutes after they closed and they still ran out a check so we could purchase the vehicle tonight for our very excited and impatient 17 year old son. Thank you again for the ease of everything and allowing us to submit everything electronically as my husband is working out of state. Everything was easy, fast and the customer service was top notch!
