Contest Details

Contest Period: September 22-30, 2026. All courses in the Reaching My Savings Goal Pathway must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2026, to be eligible.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter: Open to everyone 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate families of Verve, a Credit Union, and its affiliates are not eligible.

Drawing+ Notification of Winners: One (1) winner will be selected for every five (5) entries and notified on or around October 1, 2026.

• Winners will be notified via the email address they used to register for the Verve Financial Resource Center.
• If a winner does not respond withing 5 business days of notification or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining, non-winning, eligible entries.

Prize: At least one (1) $15 Starbucks gift card will be awarded. Number of winners will be based on the number of registered users who complete the Reaching My Savings Goal Pathway during the promo period. Additional $15 Starbucks gift cards will be awarded for every five (5) entries.

How to Enter: Follow the below steps to enter. 

1. Register as a user for the Verve Financial Resource Center. Registering is simple: just enter your name, email, and password. 
2. Complete the Reaching My Savings Goals Pathway by September 30 at 11:59 p.m. The pathway consists of 7 courses and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
3. Once completed, you will automatically be added to the drawing!  Winner(s) will be contacted by email and names will be shared on this page and Verve's social media channels, on or around October 1st. 

Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.  Eligibility
   Fall into Learning 2026 Promo (the “Contest”) is open to individuals who are eligible for membership with Verve, a Credit Union, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings and parents) of Verve, a Credit Union (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
    
2. Sponsor Information
   The Contest is sponsored by Verve, a Credit Union (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor may be contacted at P.O. Box 3046, Oshkosh, WI 54903-3046.
    

3. Contest Period
   The contest will run from September 22, 2026, through September 30, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2026, to be eligible.

4. How to Enter:

   Register as a user for the Verve Financial Resource Center. Registering is simple: just enter your name, email, and password. Complete the Reaching My Savings Goals Pathway by September 30 at 11:59 p.m. The pathway consists of 7 courses and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.    Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prizes
   At least one (1) $15 Starbucks gift card will be awarded. Number of winners will be based on the number of registered users who complete the Reaching My Savings Goal Pathway during the promo period. Additional $15 Starbucks gift cards will be awarded for every five (5) entries.

6. Drawing and Notification of Winners

   Winners will be randomly selected and notified on or around October 1, 2026, via the email address provided at the time of registration.

   If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining, non-winning, eligible entries.

7. Prize Conditions
   Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the $15 Starbucks gift card becomes unavailable for any reason.
   
   Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize. Gift cards will be sent via email to winners. Prizes not retrieved by the winner within 10 business days of notification will be considered forfeited.

8. General Rules
   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

   By entering, participants grant Verve permission to use their name, likeness, and/or voice in any promotional material for the contest without additional compensation.

   Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions related to the entry process, including issues with QR code scanning or website access.

9. Privacy
   Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and in accordance with Verve’s privacy policy.

10. Additional Terms
    The Contest is void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability
    By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless EverFi, LLC, and Verve, a Credit Union, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the contest or the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any prize.
    
    Verve, a Credit Union, is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest. Verve, a Credit Union, assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to the contest.
    
    In no event shall Verve, a Credit Union, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the contest or the use or misuse of any prize, whether or not Verve, a Credit Union, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disputes
    By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Wisconsin.
    
    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin.

13. Winners List
    To request a list of winner names, send a self-address, stamped envelope to Fall into Learning 2026 Promo – Winners Request, Attn: Marketing Dept., P.O. Box 3046, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, 54903-3046. Winner list requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and will be fulfilled after winner notification has been completed.
