The Legal Stuff

You must be eligible and qualify for membership with Verve, a Credit Union. One promotional Chicago White Sox gift card offer available per person. Gift card only available to new members who do not have an active checking or savings account with Verve at the time of account opening, and open a new Verve Ownership Share Account with the Promo Code. This Chicago White Sox Gift Card offer is available only in connection with the promotional campaign identified by the Promo Code provided at or before account opening. Campaign-specific terms, including the gift card amount, are determined by the applicable promotional offer and disclosed in the related offer materials. Verve reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time. Verve reserves the right to limit, revoke, or recover promotional bonuses in cases of misuse, fraud, or failure to meet requirements. You must present the appropriate Promo Code at the time of account opening. To earn a $50 Chicago White Sox gift card, you must open and maintain one required share at par value of $5.00 in a Verve Ownership Share Account. To earn dividends, a $100 daily balance is required. In order to receive the gift card, must satisfy all the requirements, including eligibility qualification for membership. $50 Chicago White Sox gift card will be mailed within 14 calendar days of account opening. $50 Chicago White Sox gift card can be redeemed in the stadium for food, beverage, merchandise, and game tickets when purchased at the Rate Field box office. Gift Card offer is considered interest and is reported on IRS form 1099-INT. Additional Terms and Conditions: If the qualifying account earns dividends and an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is disclosed, the APY, dividend rate, compounding method, minimum balance requirements, fees, and limitations are governed by the standard Truth in Savings Disclosure provided during account opening. Verve Optimum Checking: APY=Annual Percentage Yield. APYs accurate as of 01/21/2025. Rates may change after account is opened. “Qualification cycle” is equal to one calendar month or first day of the current statement cycle through the last day of the current statement cycle. Qualifications for higher dividend rate and ATM fee refund are 1) ACH direct deposits totaling at least $1,000.00, 2) a valid email address, and 3) enrollment and receive e-statements through online banking.  Transfers between accounts do not count as a direct deposit. If qualifications are met each monthly qualification cycle: Domestic ATM fees incurred during qualification cycle will be reimbursed up to $5/ATM transaction, with a $15.00 maximum credit to the account on or about the 5th day of the next month; and daily balances up to $10,000.00 will earn 2.50% APY; and daily balances of $10,000.01 and greater will earn 0.25% APY, resulting in a range of 2.50% APY to 0.48% APY depending on daily balance in your account.. If qualifications are not met, all balances will earn 0.25% APY. Minimum balance to avoid a $15.00 monthly Service Fee is $10,000.00 combined deposit account average daily balance or a current Verve Credit Card holder. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. Membership eligibility required. 2% Cash Back on all purchases, all day every day – As provided in the ScoreCard® CashBack Program Rules, Verve Optimum World Mastercard® credit card holders will earn 2% CashBack Credits in the Program for every $1 dollar spent in qualifying purchases. A Balance Transfer fee of 3.00% of the amount of each transfer or $5.00, whichever is greater will apply. No annual fee.  Consult a Verve team member for an application. Verve Essential Checking: Non-dividend bearing checking account. No minimum balance, no monthly service fees, no check writing privileges, no Overdraft/NSF fees. Membership eligibility required. Federally insured by NCUA.

Verve Essential Savings: APY=Annual Percentage Yield. APYs accurate as of 01/21/2025. Rates may change after account is opened. “Qualification cycle” is equal to one calendar month or first day of the current statement cycle through the last day of the current statement cycle. Qualifications for higher dividend rate are each monthly qualification cycle for Verve Essential Checking account with $250 aggregate monthly ACH direct deposits, valid email address, and enrolled in and receive eStatements.  If qualifications are not met each monthly qualification cycle for Verve Essential Checking, a lower tiered dividend rate will apply.  Please request a rate sheet for tiers and rates.
