How do I start a Video Lender Meeting with a Verve team member?

You can start a secure video meeting with a Verve team member by clicking on the “Video Lender Meeting” widget within online banking or by going to and clicking on the “Start a Video Lender Meeting” button.

  • When you request a video meeting, you will be prompted to enter your first and last name, phone number and email address, as well as what you would like assistance with. You will then be added to a team member’s video meeting queue.
  • As soon as a Verve team member is available, they will appear on your computer or mobile device and you can ask questions and take care of your loan, just like you would at a branch.
  • Once you are done, you can simply end the meeting and you will be disconnected from the Verve team member and can close the app/browser window you had open for the video meeting.

Please note: In order to ensure our team members can hear and see you, you will need to accept or approve the request that pops on screen that says, “Verve, a Credit Union, is requesting access to your camera and microphone.”
