  • Money moves fast. When you use Zelle®, money is typically sent directly from your Verve account to the recipient’s bank account. That means no checks to write, no cash to carry, and no trips to the ATM.
  • It’s already built into Verve digital banking. There’s nothing new to download. If you already use Verve mobile or digital banking, you can start using Zelle® right away. Just log in, select Transfer + Pay, and choose Send Money with Zelle® to get started.
  • Send money your way. Use an email address or a U.S. mobile phone number to send or request money. It’s a convenient option for everyday situations—like paying your share of rent, reimbursing a friend, or receiving payments without exchanging account numbers.
  • Free for Verve members. Zelle® is available at no additional cost when used through Verve’s mobile app or digital banking. That means more convenience without extra fees.

Getting Started Is Easy

Already enrolled in Verve digital banking? You’re just a few clicks away:

  1. Log in to your Verve mobile app or digital banking
  2. Navigate to Transfer + Pay
  3. Select Send Money with Zelle®
  4. Once you’ve entered your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you’ll receive a one-time verification code—enter it, accept terms and conditions, and you’re ready to start sending and receiving with Zelle®

Once you’re set up, you can start sending and receiving money with confidence.

To send money using Zelle®, simply select someone from your mobile device’s contacts (or add a trusted recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number), add the amount you’d like to send and an optional memo, review, then hit “Send.” In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes1.

To request money using Zelle®, choose “Request,” select the individual(s) from whom you’d like to request money, enter the amount you’d like to request, include an optional note, review and hit “Request.”2

To receive money, just share your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number with a friend and ask them to send you money with Zelle®.
